Knocking on a 3.5 that’s unheard of. Do you have the SH-AWD with oil consumption?

Knocking? Did you run it way low on oil?

How many miles on the TL?

If you are having some true engine knock and are considering a rebuild, then this would be the time to heavily mod. If the rebuild is inevitable and you decide to mod later then you'd lose money putting it back to stock spec. The end choice is yours but this is my 2 cents.

I'd check the following items first. Don't go tearing down an engine for something as simple as a bit of spark knock unless you've exhausted your other resources:
1. Are you using top-tier premium fuel?
2. Is the engine overheating?
3. Do you have the correct spark plugs? Most Acuras use NGK. Make sure they're the right PN. For the 3.5 4G it's going to be the ILZKR7B11
4. Run a few cans of injector/fuel/engine cleaner through the tank. Not a huge fan of Seafoam but you could give that a try. Something with PEA like Gumout multi-system tuneup might work better.
5. If those don't work, I'd take the fuel injectors out and make sure they're not visibly clogged. If so, it could possibly lead to a lead air/fuel mixture which can cause knock.
6. Clean out your EGR. If too little exhaust gas is recirculating it can increase cylinder temps. Although this would usually result in a CEL.
7. You could have a defective knock sensor. Again, that would usually prompt a CEL but it's not difficult or expensive to change, especially if you have the intake manifold off when checking the fuel injectors.
I'd be willing to bet that a good tuneup would solve the problem. Check for the items above. Also clean the sensors such as the MAF and possibly upstream O2. Go ahead and use some throttle body cleaner on the TB butterfly. Change the spark plugs to the ones listed above. You can get them relatively cheap on Amazon or eBay. Change the oil to a good synthetic. If all else fails, have a mechanic look at it and test drive it. You don't want to go spending $3K-$4K on an engine replacement for no reason.
Edit: Also, consider purchasing a Bluetooth OBDII adapter, which you can find for <$20 on eBay, then download the Torque App on your phone. Install the knock detector plugin, which is also free, then use it to monitor knock. Maybe whatever you're hearing is something other than knock. If so, that App will let you know if the noise is indeed knock or not.

Ack. Lots of misfire and sensor malfunction codes. I'm assuming you filled it with oil? Reset the ECU by pulling the positive cable for a few minutes. Then reattach and take it for a drive and see if they come back.
