On some of the TL's I noticed the other day that the rear seats were bunching up in the corner (kind of like loose skin on a person). Can this problem be fixed by the dealer and have others had similar issues?

Don't think I've ever heard of this...but I highly doubt the stealers will help you, as this will be attributed to normal "wear and tear".

This is on a brand new car that I noticed, which was not prepped (still covered in white paper). The other cars on the lot had the same problem, but to a lesser degree. One thing to note is that its extremely hot environment out here (110-115 summer temps), if that could be causing it. I wanted to know my options before purchase. Dealer will likely fix if it leads to a loss sale.
