Question for FWD TL CV joint

Hi,
For FWD car, when do the tight turning, is it better to not to push it hard to prevent CV joint from being worn out?

Thanks

Sure it would be, I mean pushing the car hard at any point will cause more wear and tear on a number of components. Turning the wheel all the way right or left and aggressively accelerating is definitely rougher on the CV joint than turning the wheel all the way and slowly applying throttle.

Normally, when I do tight turn, I keep the rev around 1800 rpm to keep cv joint healthy

locking the wheel puts additional stress on the PS pump as well. just random but applicable I guess. I def wouldnt be locking the wheel and go WOT.

Hi
not all the way locking the wheel, just between locking and straight. I concern about CV joint when I right turn from stop sign every time~~~~. try to be gentle

Yeah I wasn't saying that's what you were doing. Just random input.
