Puddle Lamps installed today
Got these installed today, but I'm too exhausted to take quality pictures or video. But here's a sampler. I wanted puddle lamps, but I didn't want to do the work myself.

Thanks! I dropped it off at Galpin Auto Sports in Van Nuys, CA, and had them install it. I wish I could tell you what they did or how they did it, but I have no clue. Haha now you see why I just paid someone to do it for me?

They aren't as blue as they appear in the video. However, they still aren't a match with the headlights. I was hoping they would be a tad whiter. I didn't really have anyone else to learn from, so I was the guinea pig. But, the installer did a great job and overall, I'm satisfied.

Yours look great! Real classy.
It was just under $330. The price is worth it to me for the labor and the parts. The fact of the matter is, I'd have no idea how to install it and wire it, etc. (even with a DIY)

I think you guys have done the puddle lights very well.
For me it's a little too much - mainly because I live in a rural area.
I agree with Carlos......A little too much

The ricer thing is pretty subjective. The rear roof spoiler, lowered cars, blacked out emblems, exhaust, puddle lamps, leds, and so forth. All these changes that we make to our cars are liked and disliked based on personal preference. Because, sure as shit, none of these mods serve any real purpose on a 4 door sedan.

You're right, Sham. As much as I'd love to mod my car out, I still have to realize that it's my everyday driver. I live in Chicago, so it going to see some terrible winters, plenty of parking lots and my two young boys in the back seat. I bought the car for the look and ride... If I were a single 25 year old, it would be a different story and my car would be everything I wanted it to be.

You may not have agreed with me if you knew I was an IU Alum.

those both look good... they are just different.
the stock door light is on the bottom... as if Acura made an attemtp to have a "mini" puddle light? although the OEM ones just aren't that bright...
i prefer the door light be on teh inside face, like they were on my RL..so that when my door is open..cars approaching from the rear will see a light and know my door is open..and avoid hitting it and/or ME....the TL moved the light down on the bottom...

I think they're well done. It's more like a puddle bar, not necessarily puddle lights.
Still, nicely done.
