Need clear film to protect certain kicked areas inside my vehicle, any suggestions?

3M clear bra like for the exterior would be my guess. You could also cover it with 3M Di-Noc vinyl for a custom look like carbon fiber too.

What parts do you want to cover?

The lower part of the door, where I seem to always scrape with my show and the lower part in the floor I hit sometime

That plastic area will get a lot of scuffs. i.e. lower door & floor edge. I just clean it with some Armor All spray (weekly/bi-weekly) and wipes when I have time.
