For new owners, by a new owner

I purchased my '09 SH-AWD / Tech Tl in December, after much deliberation. I've since spent a fair bit of time reading through these boards, and I've seen several questions arise which can be answered by the manual, as well as a number of people mentioning that they don't have access to the manual.

So....I thought I'd share a resource that I'm sure many of you are aware of, but may be of use to new owners. It's the "MyAcura" website at http://owners.acura.com/Landing.aspx

In addition to allowing you to access manuals for the TL (and presumably other models), including the main operator's manual and the nav manual, it's got a great run-down of features, with a number of videos which I've found very helpful. It's much better than the Canasian Acura website.

Thanks to this site, I've got owner's manuals on my desktop at work, my home desktop, and of course, the hard copy in my car.

That's not to say you won't see me here asking stupid questions though.

Congrats !
Wellcome !
Yea I should have researched this site before my purchase but then after the fact the 11 MDX turned out good.
I was most surprized that the early MDX Gen 1 2001 - 2003 had transmissions made of glass. Did not know this. Almost bought 1 2002.

Not sure where I got "Canasian" from, though that sounds like it should be a thing. Clearly I meant "Canadian".

Welcome to Acurazine. Ask away...any question you want.

We also have a decent search engine. There's a lot of extensive information to be found there too.

It's always helpful to do a search first, as most questions have already been answered and discussed.
