New 2009 TL Owner w/a couple of questions
I just purchased an 09 TL this week and I am absolutely loving it! (whenever my wife lets me drive it that is) It has the tech package and we are still trying to figure out what all it can do. It has 32k miles and was most likely leased before we got it. The only thing wrong with it is the front door speakers are blown. I will be upgrading with some aftermarket speaker (probably Infiniti) rather than replace them with the same low quality oem speakers. I have already found some good DIYs on the site.
I was wondering if the vehicle already had it's 30k maintenance done. A quick look at the air filter tells me no.

I looked through the owners manual and it didn't have a whole lot of useful information regarding maintenance. It was basically "take the car to the dealer when the maintenance minder light comes on". So my question is what is the typical 30k maintenace for this car? Anything besides oil change, air filter change, and a good check of everything?
I know everyone likes pictures, so here it is. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic.

That's what I thought but I'd rather upgrade the speakers than have them go bad again in another year or two. This is my first Acura and my overall impression is great but it seems likes there's been some problems with theses speakers. It just seems odd since everything else is good quality.

The Sicilian
I'd have the dealer address all the issues including the speakers. I know the OEM speakers suck, but free is free and when/if they do blow again, then you will have to pay and then you can replace them with the speakers you want. Free is me!!!!
