Need help on clearing out headlights

Hey i want to clear out my headlights how do i remove the yellow reflector inside them???any opinions.....thanks

bake headlight, open headlight, remove reflector, reseal headlight

Be careful re-sealing and ensure you do it right. On my old car I'd load up on additional sealant just to be sure because condensation inside the headlights sucks.

let me know once you finish, ill buy your amber reflectors from you since you dont need it anymore.

Thanks for the input i found someone close to me that works strictly on tl's and potmilkz i will let you know when i remove the reflector

Had a quick question about this. How much of my warranty would be voided by clearing out my headlights? I would think that it would be just the headlights correct? I did this on my 3g TL but that was past the bumper to bumper warranty...

Wanted to do this and the taillights just like JnC did em.

You're only voiding the headlight warranty - if they get condensation build up or fail, you're likely on the hook. And they arn't cheap either - i think like $800 a pop.

Nice!!!! It wasnt too hard when i did it the first time for the 3G. Just need to find the tsx projector lenses. Time to analyze JnCs work so i can hopefully get results as his.
