^^^^^ No.

The hypothetical SH-AWD TL Type-S should have (over the current SH-AWD TL, 6AT/6MT) 30 more horsepowers, 7-speed dual-clutch tranny, lowered and sport-tuned suspension, Brembo brakes, full aero body kit, 20" rims with super sticky high perf. summer tires, etc.

I don't disagree at all so don't get me wrong but as a matter of perspective, if you look at what the SH has over the traditional TL model (base or current FWD), you could say that the SH should suffice. IMO, it is even better than previous sport distinct models of the TL (the TLS) and is actually (technically) in line with what Acura has done for that particular model in the past as opposed to what it hypothetically should or should not be or regardless of how it is labelled.

I think the items you mention would make for a great type S and to your point, even more improvements would be welcome, but you can check a lot of those items (or items pertaining to them) off of the list, when it comes to the current SH vs the FWD. Things like, larger displacement and 25 more hp, sport suspension and brakes with other upgraded components, larger standard rims with exclusively available 19's and sport tire trim, available 6MT and shorter overall gearing for the AT SH, etc.
