Welcome to the club...

This is the most distracting (and expensive) forum ever known.

1G only? ..because of this forum I bought my 09 TL FWD (without even test driving or test driving any other option) and ended up spending $47k OTR !!!

My only other options back then were the G37 or BMW 3 Series.

MyT6MT - Do everyone a favor and take a ride in your car immediately before, and immediately after installing the spacer and intake. REALLY pay special attention to the acceleration. I could swear those two mods made a noticable / perceptible difference in the performance of my TL when I had them installed, but some people think they're useless mods. Would love another opinion.

I'm curious about the P2R thermal gasket...on a composite intake manifold (eyebrow).

I had the P2R spacer and both thermal gaskets on my CL 6M, though they were installed at the same time as a test pipe, pulleys and a clutch/flywheel - so no telling what they actually contributed....but the car was much quicker.

I always see auctions / sales on the 3.5 intake - but never one that clearly says 3.7. I assume the T/B diameter is different if nothing else - but IS there a different part?

Excelerate has some dyno's from before and after P2R spacer installs, shows anywhere from 1-5whp, no where near noticeable on a 300hp car, but every little bit helps. It's definitely not a waste.

Where do you see these auctions/sales? Looking to get one at a deal if possible.

I've not seen anything better than $250ish on Ebay - and normally the "cheapest" seller isn't someone you necessarily want to deal with. I've got real issue parting with $300 for a $5 filter and $2 worth of clear coated aluminum.
