MDX-like grill on 4G

I have seen a few photos of some pre-2012 TL's where the large "beak" was replaced by a slicker looking grill that looks like an MDX grill like the attached photo. These are a definite improvement on the pre-2012 (imho) and maybe would also look good on the 2012. But my question is are these readily available and easily installable?

Thanks.

The Grille in your photo is a RonJon grille and is available through www.ronjon.com There is an Acurazine member who has crafted his own grille from an actual MDX. Looks good. Don't recall his name at the moment.

I think the Ron Jon grille is only for 2009-2011. The 2012 OEM configuration is different.

I know--I figured I would not need your permission to "steal" the photo

There is some guy in my neighborhood that has a graphite pre-2012 model that he has tricked up just a bit too much. But I notice he has one of those MDX-style grills and it really is an improvement over the large OEM beak (no offense to those that like the beak).

Nothing beats the 2012 TL grille on the pre-2012 TL's.

Like Nexson's :

It is a direct swap, but he made that himself by combining the 2010 & 2012 grilles. He put A LOT of time into it I believe so I doubt he will ever make another.
