Just have it painted, any reputable body shop could do it. Not sure if he still does this type of work but gentleman by the name of Nexon had an exchange program couple years ago, nice work try a search.

Course now you have to decide if you want to paint the entire grill or leave the ring original. Check out the 4G TL photo gallery, lots of ideas.
