Location of XM Receiver on 2009 TL - Help!

Location of XM Receiver on 2009 TL - Help!
I am in the process of trying to locate the facory XM receiver on my 2009 Acura TL with the hopes of replacing it with the Directed electronics HON-SC1 interpreter and Sirius SCC1 tuner. I am surprised to find, upon removing the passenger side trunk liner, that no XM unit could be found. Does anyone know where the good people at Acura have hidden this little guy?

Spoke to the dealer this morning and was provided schematics. XM receiver is located behind the factory radio / middle vents. Requires the center console around the shifter, bluetooth module, factory stereo, and middle vents to be removed to access the xm receiver. Roughly 45 minutes to take it apart.
