LED license plate bulbs and LED fog lights

Can someone point me exactly to what I need to buy for get LED license plate bulbs and fog lights? I don't want HID foglights, I want LED. Some posts have links to websites but I need the exact items I need to buy. I don't know much and car mechanics so I appreciate you posting detailed instructions.

LED fogs will be cosmetic only, they have a low lumens output, not sure if that matters, another member brought that to my attention when I asked the difference between LED and HID.
