Lease prices for SH-AWD in PA?

Hey I'm looking to lease an SH-AWD in Pennsylvania. So what is everyone paying per month for these cars? I prefer a tech but could settle for a non-tech if the deal was right. Also, please include your miles per year and down payment. Thanks.

I was just quoted the following today in Wisconsin:

$601/month TL Tech (includes taxes, no money down, 12k/year)

$672/month TL Tech SH-AWD (includes taxes, no money down, 12k/year)

Residual just dropped on the 2009s and the interest rate went up.

That is a bad combo when the money factor increases and the residual drops!

I just got mine on 6/29 in Greensburg, PA. My SH-AWD Tech payment is $495 for 36mo, 12K/yr. That was with $4700 due at signing.

At Smail how was the service? Where do you live? I'm in DuBois. Normally I deal with Baierl but I go to Indiana a bit so Smail is closer.

The salesman told me to wait for the 2010 in September for possibly a better deal and certainly a higher residual.

Yeah, it seems in leasing there is a fine line of waiting too long and the residual drops and getting the best deal.
