Lease owners how much you care

How much you care about your car , do you baby it although its a leased car.

I am thinking of leasing and i love my cars and protect it to the maximum

Would you still hand wash it or take it to a car wash ?

I'm leasing a 2012 Acura TL and I definitely baby it. I haven't had it long enough for a car wash. We have a nice automatic car wash here in town that did a great job on my Altima but a little afraid to try it with the Acura. I plan to buyout my lease though. I have already put some money into it for mods and I like it so much that I want to purchase it. We'll see if that changes in a few years.

Yes, I take excellent care of my wagon even though it is a lease car. I will probably buy it out, but I'd baby it regardless. A local pro just detailed it for me. I avoid car washes.

I take immaculate care of my '10 TL lease. Hand wash, wax every 3 months, and full detail about every 6 months. I like having a clean car. I Don't think I am the norm however

If some of you are already planning to buy it why did you lease at the 1st place. I don't think buying a lease car is a good financial decision

Our Acura is not leased, but I have leased several including my current BMW. They all get treated the same. I keep them immaculate and do all the service as it should be done.

I'm on my 4th TL lease and take care of all of them as if they were my own. I am that much ahead should I decide to either buy one out (obviously hasn't happened yet but you never know when) or return it to the dealer in A1 condition for max trade value.

I too have leased several Acuras and have treated them as if I had bought them. I enjoy a clean, shiny, well running car and it helped create a good long term relationship with the dealer. It benefited me very well on future leases, service etc. and ultimate purchase my latest.

I leased the 2012 Acura because of the lower monthly payment. It is $536 per month versus $671 per month. I could afford the higher amount but we like a good amount of cash flow to get out and do and buy things. Plus an $18,000 buyout on a $37,000 is a great deal. The $536 per month also includes a fantastic maintenance pkg that covers door dings, scratches, tire damage, oil changes, and tire rotations. Plus under the $536 per month payment, I was able to get window tint, stain mastered leather, full body clear coat that acts as a permanent wax and makes the car harder to scratch, clear bra on the front, under door handles, and on side view mirrors, and mag chloride protectant on the front grill and rims. $671 per month only covered the price of the car, none of the mods. The lease without the mods was $440 per month. Leasing first was a better deal for me.

I've had a slew of leased cars, on my own or repmobiles; I've cared for all of them properly.

I found out that by multiplying 2400 you get the APR

So lower the MF lower is the rate and better deal, is that correct

It depends on other factors such as the depreciation. Lower Apr does not mean a better deal.
