my lease on a non acura car is ending in february, i am thinking that if i buy a car in 2 months, i could probably get an 09 TL for a better deal but would be stuck with my other car lease for 3 months, or should get an acura tl 2010 when my lease is over?

Oh Hullow
you can negotiate acura paying off the rest of your lease as part of negotiations and get into one now .... though you might not save too much money since they would have to eat the cost of your other lease so they wouldnt budge as much on price. however, in that case you might as well wait until your other lease expires and get a '10.

My 2 cents - Wait. Always complicates things to turn in a lease early. Plus, the timing will be better trying to buy a '10 in February than an '09 right now. Inventory is low and deals are getting harder to come by. Things will be worse for the dealers in the dead of winter when everyone's paying off Christmas bills. More likely to find a skinny deal.

I'd say extend your lease until next fall if possible.....it's very likely the 2011's will have a 6-sp as well as other major improvements and you'll be kicking yourself for not holding out for a little bit longer.

Agree, extend if possible for the potential of 6AT. Would only shorten your lease if you want color combo only avail on 2009 otherwise 2010 gives you the 18" option for the FWD and the 6MT AWD. It depends what you're in the market for really....

You probably would get a better deal on a 2010 if you're going to re-lease. The residual rate will be higher which figures into a lower monthly payment. That is unless they are absolutely just giving the 09's away.

I say wait for your lease to end then get a 10 TL. Less complications and by that time the 10 should be cheaper. Granted it won't be a bigger bargain than getting an 09 right now but you can have a better choice of color combination, slightly more options and manual transmission if you're interested. good luck...
