I would not buy it, simple as that.
And yes, there is a reason they are asking what they are asking (pricing wise): if too high, rip-off in the making, if avg price they cannot loose money on their trade-in they paid for it, and if too low priced they already came to agreement with themselves they need to pull as much money back from that car and move it off the lot....

DO NOT buy this car ...

PS Forgot to mention oil consumption 3.7 engines have (ratio is about 3 out of 4 will have oil consumption / burning issue).

Why not have a good, experienced independent mechanic go over the car from the front license plate to the tips of the exhaust. You can't have too much information.
