Keeping Umber clean

I have two kids (4 & 8). They are in my car at least three times per week. They're pretty well behaved and eating/drinking in car will be kept to a minimum, but I'm wondering how hard the umber is to keep clean. I would probably go with the ebony interior, if not umber. Thoughts?

I think ebony hides stains better,
and I use Lexol Cleaner and Conditioner on all my leather seats. It's used by BMW and Mercedes as well.
