Just upgraded to a 2011 TL! What should I know?
 

I just bought a 2011 TL, upgrading from my trusty 99 TL. I drove it 3 hours home, great ride. 3.5L V6, FWD, great condition. No nav or technology package.

What do you wish you knew going into owning a 4th gen TL? What do you like/dislike about it? Any tips or hidden features?

- MPG isn't great but not horrible either, I get about 25-28 combined MPG.

- If your car is over 100k miles you should look into getting the 100k mile service, if it hasn't gotten one already.

- I easily lose track of how fast I'm going if I don't look at the speedometer for a prolonged period of time (car really glides).

- Honestly, never had any serious mechanical issues with mine, I hope your ownership is as seamless as mine has been.
