I got one of those flyers from Acura. The season of reason seems to be their marketing strategy for the holidays. That 2012 TL looks very much like a 09-11. Not the best quality pictures but you get the idea.

I received this as well. There is no question that this a 09-11 TL. The front bump and alloy wheels are a dead give away. Lazy marketing if you ask me.
