Just brought my new 2010 TL SH-AWD 6 Speed with Tech package home yesterday....
The manual transmission is a nice addition to an already impressive car. Luckily, I was close to a local dealership that actually had a 6-speed as well as the actual exterior/interior colors that I wanted (Palladium metallic/Ebony).
I realize that right now the 6-speed is harder to find and I didn't really want to wait another couple of months to find exactly what I was looking for.
This car is absolutely a blast to drive! Makes driving fun to do and gives you the ability to dial it up a notch and make a move if need be.
I actually love the stock rims on the SH-AWD, but realize beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I'll try to put some pictures up in the next day or two.
Thanks for all of the great posts, information and advice. Reading this board really helped answer a lot of my questions as well as strengthened my attraction to an already beautiful car.
Hope everyone enjoys their TL's!!

Given your screen name, are you a UGA grad? Or, better yet, do you live in Athens?
I'm an alumni of UGA and of course will always love Athens....
BTW, congrats on a great purchase and color combo - it was between that and mayan bronze/ebony for me. The dealer closest to home had mayan bronze, so I went with that (but "only" in an auto) - still happy though.

Welcome to AZ! Be sure to post up some pictures whenever you can.
Any plans for the car at all? I always go for tinting my windows first

Tint.....
I meant to mention that I am going to have the tint done here in the next few days. In GA, I believe the legal limit is 32%. I'm going to see what the 35% looks like and go from there.
Not a UGA grad, but born and raised in ATH. Had to go elsewhere for school to get what I needed. Life long Dawgs fan though!
Go DAWGS!!!

Drifting
If this was a lease, I'd be doing just that... but the deal to get the car was that I would need to keep it for at least 100k miles, or longer. Basically pay it off and drive it for years afterwards. So I'm going to be nice to it for a while to increase my longevity.
