I don't know if that is a fair price. To compare, I bought a 2009 TL SH-AWD with TECH with 2500 miles for $31,500

Thats a great deal! Certified from a dealer? It is true things are slightly more expensive in California

No the car was not certified. In general cars in California are cheaper since there is so much more competition. Last year when I was looking for the TL and checking prices, people in california were actually getting the best deals which I believe to be fierce competition between dealerships
