New to the forum, just stumbled upon and bought a 2010 TL SH-AWD 6-MT at a local used car dealer with 140000ish kms (Canadian car) and am picking it up next week. It seems to be in pretty decent condition and a few of the small issues with it will be hammered out before I take possession next week. I had been looking for an AWD standard car for several months as a highway car that can handle the winter drives, and was not previously an Acura/Honda fan of any sort having driven an old Nissan for many years, but I have enjoyed poking around on this forum for the last couple of days and I certainly have gained some respect for the TL, and am looking forward to driving it.
Am just wondering if anyone has any advice, pitfalls to avoid with new ownership of this kind of car. Also I noticed that one of the headlamps is a bit discoloured and if there is anything that can be done about that? I have attached some pictures that the dealer took so you can see what I mean, as well as see the car in general. It looks entirely factory except the rims (winter tires on factory 18" rims included as well though).
