It's official...I own an Acura :-)
After helping my girlfriend with her 2012 MDX purchase negotiations a few months ago, I knew the TL was on my list when it was time for me to shop. Thanks to some bonehead girlie texting behind the wheel, that time came sooner than expected.
Many test drives later it came down to the G37xS and TL SH-AWD Advance. It was an easy decision without taking price into account but the Infiniti dealer wasn't playing fair and gave me a ridiculous deal. Knowing I would be happier with the TL (loving the ventilated seats in this heat wave), I made a last ditch nothing to lose attempt at a better deal on the TL.
I'm happy to say that I found a dealer to accept my offer and on July 3rd I took delivery of my 2012 TL SH-AWD Advance in Graphite Luster with Taupe interior. I'm loving the ride, and power of this car more and more every day.
I learned about the lockout protection of the keyless access/proximity sensors the hard way...LOL. Fortunately, I was able to educate myself on the system by reading some threads on here. I look forward to engaging with the community and learning from you folks.

congrats! got my 1st acura this year as well. always been a fan of honda.. all my cars have been hondas except for the 350z... back to honda/acura and will probably stick to it moving forward

Thanks, all! Yes, the color is Graphite Luster (dark gray) and not Black. I didn't want a black car (beautiful when clean but hard to keep that way).
The dealer plate frames were off on day 2. These pics were taken right after taking delivery.
My g/f bought her MDX from Pohanka. I planned on playing them against each other and would have preferred to buy from Pohanka since they're closer to home but they didn't have a SH-AWD w/Advance and Radley accepted my offer which was lower than I thought anyone would go for. Made my process easy.

nice. you can always get your car serviced at pohanka. they've always treated me well even though i'll be

Congrats! I drove my CPO 2007 NBP 6MT Type S off of Pohanka's lot 4 days later, and all I was going to do was "test drive" it. I was more interested in TSX's, but the TL was too sweet to pass up. I'll honk, or flip you off
