I had my court date for my tickets this morning and...
They suspended my license for 6 months, I can drive back and forth to work. After 6 months they'll re-evaluate if I'll get back then.
I'm super bummed, but how are they gonna know if I'm going to work or not. If I get pulled over, I'll tell them I'm going to work.
I'll obviously be more careful at night, but I'll be damned if I'm not going to drive.
They have to be kidding themselves. I will tone it done a notch on the speed but theres no way the system is going to hold me down!
Enough said, just thought I'd share with everyone here!

They suspended your license for a reason usually as a lesson or punnishment for bad driving habits..........you obviously have not learned your lesson if you intentionally intend to break the law by driving under suspension. And you publically post this on a public form.......you think your the king of the road and that you own all rights to drive however you want without any regard to the law, even when they try to stop you by suspending your license. God forbid you kill someone.

No I'm going to tone it down a bit, but the system is going to take me down is what I'm saying. Who are the cops to say that I can't drive because they don't agree with my speed? Right?

I don't tell her when she can use the restroom, it was just a figure of speech. I just don't understand why you're always mocking and making fun of any thread I post in or start.
Why are you like this? I seriously don't understand!

driving is a privilege, not a right..
and that privilege can be taken away...
if you drive again (not going to work or back), and you have people in the car, and your out traveling at night, then you will most likely get arrested, thrown in jail for a day, have your license suspending for another 6 months.
lots of court fees.
and you will look like a complete idiot because you didnt follow the rules.
rules are in place to keep morons like you on check, if your not in check there are consequences.

...and then insurance rates are going to go sky high (if they aren't already)...
Why post this stuff to the open world anyway knowing full well we are going to point at you and shake our heads.
As Forrest Gump says, "Stupid is as stupid does, sir."

EazyRider, sorry to hear of the outcome of your hearing today.
You seem to be negligent of the law. It IS meant for you too. Stew is right-your insurance rate will go sky high. It sounds like you need an attitude adjustment-before they completely take your license away.
Potmilkz is also right-you have the privilege of driving. You best abide by the laws. You sound as though you feel like you're above the rules....not a smart move. I highly suggest you rethink your position and attitude.
If I leave this thread open, you'll just get flamed by everyone. There is not reason to do that.
