I did it

ok, finally, traded my 2007 TL Type S ,85000 miles on it, with a new crystal black 2012 TL SH-AWD with tech, final price was $20400 including fees but excluding taxes. MY old car kbb price was 15500 trade in value, so i think it was a good deal along with the 0.9 apr for 60 months. next step is testing the SH-AWD and see if I can push it to the limit.

Congratulations on the new car! Maybe test the SH-AWD after the break in period. Check your oil level too! I've found both the MDX and RDX were 1.5-2 quarts short of oil from their factory fill with only ~3000 miles on them.

Good Lord I thought the same thing at first, but I'm gathering he paid roughly $35xxx based on what he got on the trade.... $20xxx was just what he actually financed. (damn near fell out of my seat)

yep, it was about 6000 off msrp and add to that a 1000 for acura loyalty trade in and about 16000 for my TL-S and financed the rest (all excluding sale tax). tested the car today on some curvy roads, hmmmm way better handling than the TLS, I'm having a hard time going to bed. wanna take it out for a spin again lol.

TL-S-LT...Congrats on your new wheels! It is great to see the 3G folks migrating to the 4G I think you will get to appreciate the TL more and more as you drive it, but as others have already pointed out, make sure you go easy on her for the next little while to do the proper break in period.

Ha, I know the feeling. My daily commute to work is only 1.5 miles and somehow I have 10K after owning for only 9 months...

Spread the word, there are still idiots, excuse me, uninformed people that think the lighter weight TL-S handles better
