How is the TL-SHAWD in Fairly Deep Snow?

You really wouldn't benefit from betting on that!
No, that's not what I said at all. I said that the SH-AWD is amazing when engaged. The problem with it is that it isn't always correctly engaged. My specific examples were from a stop and when cruising. In snow when struggling uphill, it should be pretty much identical to the others. And when stopping or steering without accelerating, AWD doesn't generally matter (these days) anyhow.
BTW, great example of setting up a straw man!
And,So what your saying is that if the TL has traction with 1 wheel its better than the Audi, BUT if all 4 are on snow the Audi system is magically better???? Do explain how a system that can transfer power to 1 or all 4 wheels that are slipping/spinning isnt any good in snow
BTW, great example of setting up a straw man!

I know my SH-AWD is great in wet curvy roads, it holds much better than the previous 2wd TL I had.
One question: In snow, if you are parked on a driveway downhill, does the SH-AWD work in reverse ?

I think it's been mentioned here a couple times but you have to factor in tires into the equation...I had a BMW 330ci that wouldn't get up my driveway with it's performance tires on...but once I put a set of blizzaks on it I would take it out in 6 inches of snow without a worry of getting stuck. You put snow tires on an SH-AWD and I'd bet that even the biggest of snowstorms won't shut you out!
