How much should I expect to pay for a 36 month lease on a 2011 SH-AWD w/ tech package. I was told approximately $630 with $1880 down. Does this sound about right? What other fees should I expect to pay? There's 6% sales tax where I live. In other words, how much total can I expect to pay to walk out with the car (with all the other fees they throw in)?

That sounds high to me...When I was buying my 2010 SH-AWD w/tech in July I looked at both purchasing and leasing. My lease rate was $625/month with just first payment down and 12K miles a year. I would look around a bit as that seems off by a couple thousand.
