HID Conversion

I just switched my daytime running lights (known as DRLs from now-on), and fogs to blue-ish xenons from Eurolite a couple nights back. I'm pleased with the result, but I actually want a tiny bit more now.

First of all, I would probably want a conversion kit... am I correct? Can someone point me in the right direction? Or know a goodish company?

I've heard that the DRLs run on 6V, so I would probably need to run a feed from 12V too.... am I correct?

And would putting a conversion kit be possible near the fogs? I know there isn't much room back there.

I slapped my ballasts right on the aluminum bumper. There was plenty of room in there.
