help me please

ok hey guys i want to change my d2s bulbs but i have no clue how to remove them and install new ones i can reach from under the wheel well but than i get lost lol help me please

There is no way but to remove the bumper, that is the only way I could get to it atleast to change mine out.

So if you had the dealer change it due to a blown bulb, it would be very costly then as time=money? Just curious.
