Hey everyone. First post here, and new member, so if I'm bringing up something that was discussed - fill me in.

I'm looking to purchase tints for my windows in the next few weeks. I'm really looking to go towards Llumar Pinnacle. When I price shopped around, the lowest I got was around $550. First, wanted to know your views on Llumar Vs. Suntek (quoted $375). Second, does anyone have a Group Buy plan coming up?

BTW, it would have helped if I stated where I'm looking to purchase the tint - Toronto. Or somewhere in Markham/Richmond Hill

Autolinks in Scarborough, got a few cars tinted there and they use llumar as well. Should be around $400 for the premium set

Damn! Thats expensive! I got my tints done at Dr.Tint in Montréal aréa for 250 CAD! The job comes with a lifetime warranty as long as you own the car. They used 3m material. Had my windows tinted there on all my previous cars and never had a problem. No discoloration or bubble of any kind!

Heard positive things about AutoLinks and they have group buys from time to time, maybe you can call and find out.

I had mine done at Lazer Tint in Vaughan, IIRC it was around $400 or $450 for Pinnacle Formula 1 Ceramic, excellent product and workmanship. At the time I was told by others that it was expensive, however, it has been 7 years and no issues whatsoever .

Thanks Aleo12! I'm going to try them out and also Lazer Tint. I should have included, I want to also tint my windshield with the lightest tint. People forget that is where most of the heat comes in from.

I'll also ask if they are having a group buy, is anyone interested?
