Floor mats
Thinking of Black floor mats for the tan interior.....and avoiding tan floor mats which stain & show dirt.
Has anyone else done this? Pics? Thoughts?? Its just an idea right now.
Thanks!

I have the umber interior and I have black floor mats in my but I bought mine used and he had custom fitted black mats for the front and the passenger side :P
I'd go with black... black goes with anything usually.

OP, did this on a previous TSX with the beige interior with a NHB exterior. Looked sharp and kept the floor mats from looking ragged. Threw in the brand new tan floor mats when I sold the car, too.
No pics, sorry.

I'd stay color keyed. Black mats on a different color interior is too much contrast.
Maybe use them for Winter only.

Does anyone know if the weathertechs will fit the 6MT? Their website says auto only, but I was wondering if anyone went with it anyway on a 6MT and if it worked well enough.

i have weather techs front and back, love them!
i just take them out, rinse it with water, wipe it down with a towel and i am good to go no matter how muddy the mats are

I've actually worn through the all weather mats, but have my carpet mats still in the bag. Would love to have a second set.

I need to get a set of these before the winter truly sets in with all the salt and snow. My OEM driver side mat is stained from salt from previous winters.

Welcome to the site. I think you're going to be happy with the Acura. Growing up my dad always had GM so for many years I followed in his footsteps, but after a bunch of disappointing GM cars I changed to Honda and Acura and I will never go back. BTW, I have the Weathertech mats front and back and they are great, you'll not be disappointed and I went with the Acura OEM parts for a trunk liner.

I was just freaking out about this with my BMW. I went with the tan carpet and black mats I really like the color combo. The black hides all the dirt. The tan gets too dirty too quick IMO. Ill see if I can post a picture. Its not an acura, but you only care if the colors work, right?

I have a pair of the black front weather tech DigitalFit floor mats, FOR FREE! if you are in the DC metro area. I also goto baltimore and Annapolis area frequently, the catch is they are the old ones before they had the clip in function. Can't beat free, sorry wont ship bc i hate dealing with the post office.

I have the Weathertechs on my 2010 SH-AWD 6MT as well but I had to cut a small section (about 1 1/2") on the front left side of the driver's side liner in order to get it to fit without hitting the clutch. Even with the mats laying down flat with the clips on, the clutch kept hitting the front of the mat just enough to keep the car out of gear. I tried to keep it as low-profile and close to the car floor as possible using velcro, but in the end I was afraid of the liner hitting the clutch randomly so I just cut a section out. Not sure if anybody else has had this experience? The liners are not compromised on functionality at all and still hold the salt and snow/water that my dirty boots throw at them after a day of plowing in a New England winter!
