Fabric under rear passenger wheel/mud guard

Fabric under rear passenger wheel/mud guard
I have an 09 TL
So I Fuxed up and ran over a curb. My side skirt came off and attached to it was the fabric under the wheel. I've managed to attach the side skirt back on with the white brackets and I believe I can get the mud guard on. Aesthetically, it will look the same. There is oobviously some structural damage. (Screws and piece mud guard screws to)
My questions are
1. Are the brackets (-1 broke) enough to hold the side skirt on?
2. Do you need the fabric under the wheel and what does it do?
3.^ for mud guard.
I do plan on fixing this stuff eventually, I'm a poor college student right now and looking for temporary solutions.
I don't care too much for what my car looks like, as long as it functions and I'm not putting it at risk it's all cool.
Thanks.
