Get the fogs too. H11. They look amazing on with the HIDS. Price is great for both too. When you turn on the brights you can really see how well they match the HIDS and they are really bright.

Do they burn hotter, i.e., have a shorter life span?

same wattage - so I would not think they burn hotter - did mine last february and so far so good - will try to get pics soon - the stock HIDS and the Luminics fogs are really an amazing match - the cars looks so much better with them -

Pics would be awesome, I've been waiting to order a set of fogs and DRLs.

Also, it looks like luminics is running a 20% discount on twitter. Maybe even more if you call in!

Might be easier to call them. I'm guessing you can get 25% off. I'm definitely waiting for pics though.

No light at all. Just remove the fuse and back to the future.

I pulled the fuse for my drl, and then just got some LED's put on for the drl's and changed the HID's to 8000 and on switched the fog's to led just for a color match. I'll post come pictures when I get a chance. Side note about the LED for the fogs...the 68 smd led bulbs wouldn't fit in the housing, so I had to use the 18 smd bulb.

I picked up the fogs and installed over the weekend. These are a great match for the HIDs. Will post pics shortly...

I'm about to order these and post pics myself.

Question about the 9005 ultra white DRLs, how are they during the day compared to the standard stock bulbs? Also, how does the high beam functionality work in relation to the DRL bulbs? Are the high beams noticeably brighter than the stock bulbs?

I got impatient and ordered a set for myself. LuminicsUSA has a cyber Monday promotion with 40% with coupon code CYBER, if anyone else was waiting for a set of bulbs. $37 for the 9005s and h11s shipped!

Which ultra whites did people get? The Krypton ultra whites or the standad ultra whites? There both available for the 9005 and H11's.

I've heard the kryptons are quite a bit hotter, and the bulb itself larger, so I went with the regulars.

I have the bulbs sitting right next to me, but my dealer still hasn't fixed my car. They are expecting completion Monday.

Got my car back from the dealership after almost a month. Installed the lights last night, fogs were definitely a pain to do in winter. My first impressions: not nearly as bright as I had hoped, especially the DRLs. The light given off is still a bit yellow compared to the xenons, but it looks quite nice from the front.

I only had my iphone handy so picture quality isn't great. I will take more with a better camera tonight.

So, did you change the DRLs or the Fogs or the HID's? it might just be me, but I don't see a picture of the DRL.

Any chance can you take a pic of the drl during day time? I see your highbeams but it lights up differently when its just in drl mode.

DRLs in daylight. Pretty terrible light output to be honest. HIDs are stock.

Is there anyway simple way to have the DRLs to always output 12V? Output is much more ideal when I turn on the high beams during the day.
