I have been to the dealership several times to fix the various rattles, and they have done a decent job in fixing them (so far!). They have done different things to try to fix them. Will these all show up in the Carfax report, I wonder? Will it affect my resale down the road?

No not at all.
In fact many insurance companies are not even submitting accidents to them.
It cost the repair shop or insurance company money to submit this to carfax.

My Xb had a full standard accident claim for about $3500..
never showed on carfax.
Carfax is basically worthless and innaccurate info.

i agree. The TL i got have over 10k worth of damages in an accident but never made it to carfax....freaking bull S^&*

Depends on the shop. I've seen Carfaxs that say "vehicle serviced" and I've seen ones that say, "oil and filter changed, wiper blades replaced". The only way to know for sure what shows on the carfax for your car is to run a carfax on it.

Carfax is a nice reference but it's not the Bible. If it shows something then something definitely happened but it if shows nothing, it doesn't necessarily mean nothing happened.

It depends on the shop, every one of my oil changes for my 08 Type-S showed on Carfax, but I am not sure about warranty repairs. Also body work and insurance claims depends as well. Carfax is not perfect. I had a minor accident in 07 and it showed on Carfax as major because the radiator leaked and car had to be towed, so they count a non-drivable car at an accident as major damage.
