While current composite headlights resist breakage significantly better than headlights in the past they are highly susceptible to pitting and eventual hazing. Adding a tough layer of protection will greatly increase the life of the headlight. Once the sand blasting starts and the factory hard coating starts to wear away the degradation starts.

Pretty cool. Any product you recommend to recondition before applying your protective film? I've been thinking of reconditioning since the edges of my headlights are starting to haze up a bit.

If your headlights are in need of a full restoration first this kit from Sylvania comes recommended.

If you just have light pitting / hazing the adhesive on the materials we use may do a good enough job.
