What area are you in?
Is that price before or after taxes and fees? That might help us help you...
In CA, the SHAWD's are going for at least $500 cheaper if that price is pre-tax
I haggled my local dealer down to $36,250 pre-tax/fees, with 1.9% financing (though, you can now get 0.9% in some areas), and they agreed, but could not find my color.

Are you guys trading in your old car? Are you getting market value for your trade-in? It has been my experience the more discounted the new car is, the more contentious the negotiation for your trade-in becomes.
