They like to see you brining your car back to them for servicing... they make money and you get all your records in one spot. A great dealership can make bad situations seem not so bad... and on the contrary... a bad dealership can ruin your feelings towards a particular manufacturer.

I don't know if all dealerships are required to give you a loaner, but the little touches like that go a long way for me.
I did the same thing, I was picking up my TSX from warranty service and ended up leaving with a new TL, it was the most expensive warranty repair ever.

On the MPG note I've gotten as much as 31 with my FWD if I drive it like an old lady the whole time, but I'm also still on the stock "17s (not for long...should have a set of RJ Legends soon!). With my usual driving habits I'm averaging about 25.

I noticed that the AWD model does pretty well on the highways at higher speeds (70+ mph). Did a 200 mile round trip this past weekend, mostly high speeds with occasional LA traffic on the highways, and I registered a 23.1 MPG on my AWD.

If it's mostly stop and go driving, with occasional highway mixed in, I get about 17 - 18 MPG, this is even with the mods that I was hoping would increase MPG a little. So far, I'm at both ends of the rated MPG on the sticker (17 - 24), with an average overall near 19 MPG.

That's actually pretty low for AWD standards as well for an all highway trip. My 09 use to get around 26mpg on 8 hour trips from NY to Maine and my 12' got 29mpg on a 26 mile all highway trip, with mpg still climbing.
