Clear Bra?

Has anyone put on the clear defender front bumperclear bra kit? If so is it worth it?

I had a clearbra on my TL for just over a year, I finally removed it because I was tired of how it looked. You could see the lines and creases around the more extreme curves of the front bumper. I'm glad I removed it because it did not seem to protect much as I had a few chips through the bra anyway. I would save the money and just touch up the bumper when it needs it or repaint it. Also it's hard to wax the car when a clearbra has been installed.

I dont have any problem with my 09 bra. It's still very hard to tell it's there. Your installer probably did poor job.

Nobody else could tell I had one unless they inspected very closely, but I am very nitpicky about my car, I notice every little smudge and scratch. After a while it just got on my nerves.

Once I get my sport grill and rear trim installed next week, I will do a professional photo shoot. You will see that the clear bra is virtually invisible. Nobody will notice it's there unless you specifically tell them it is. I highly recommend it.

Trust me, you are NOWHERE as anal as I am about my cars. I wont even drive through a puddle of water and I clean the underside of my TL. My TL is 09 and there ARE no nicks or scratch swirl Marks. Not gonna even talk about my Miata.
My 06 TSX sold the day is was put on the lot.
