Change Oil Warning

Change Oil Warning
My Change oil warning indicator came on with 10% on my 2012 TL. I tried scheduling with my dealer but they can't get me a loaner until 4 weeks out. I'm assuming its ok to wait even if the warning percentage drops to zero as long as my oil level is ok. Would you agree? My assumption is that the warning is based on driving characteristics and the oil should be fine for a few weeks.

It calculates the oil life based on miles driven. You'll be fine as long as the level looks good.
I'm not sure if the dealer offers you free oil changes or what, but you could certainly find a 3rd party with availability before that.
Acura shouldn't give you any trouble regarding warranties as long as you keep up on maintenance at a reputable shop!
Hope that helps.
