have you tried to open up a BBB complain. They will contact the dealer and then the dealer must respond back to you.

IMO, when you take it to the dealer, you should have a ride along with one of the techs in the car with you. The vibration/noise shouldn't be there at all. If you you check the sticker on the drivers side door area, it should tell you when (month/date) the car was built. If you bought it many, many months after that with only 5 miles on the car, it was certainly sitting for quite some time, then. If that is the case, the tires could have dead spots on them which would require replacements. The dealer shouldn't mind replacing them if that is the cause because Acura would be paying the cost of service. The tire manufacturers warranty wouldn't cover this type of problem either, so don't let the dealer tell you otherwise. Of course it is strange that you don't feel the vibration until you reach 60mph or so. Do the ride along with a tech to make sure they feel/hear what you do and then let them fix this. Whatever it is, it is unacceptable for a car of this caliber. When I bought my car this past month 11/12/10, I saw that the car had a production date of 8/10 that was/is fairly recent and not enough time to create dead spot problems in the tires.

^+1.

On mine, they did balancing, then road force balancing then finally admitted that it was flat spots (both fronts) and ordered new tires. Problem solved. They did ride along with me and they did not deny that it was a problem.

If it was sitting on the lot for a while (like many 4G TL's) it's likely developed flat spots. They'll probably need to swap the tires.
