Brake vibration
Sorry if this has been covered before. I notice my wife's 2012 TL exhibits brake juddering when slowing from freeway speeds. I figure this is probably some warping of the rotors and it is not clear to me as to whether there is any chance this would be covered under warranty (coming up on 4 years) or whether this is viewed strictly as a wear item. Anyone have experience getting a rotor taken care of under warranty?
Thanks.
Thanks.

^^ Here in Ontario it is covered under the 4 yrs 80 K Kms warranty. The same should apply to you and most likely they will resurface them on the car.
IMO, resurfaced rotors don't last as long as they used to,maybe you can try pushing for a replacement.

It definitely doesn't hurt to look into seeing if they'll be covered under warranty. If not, a great aftermarket option is our Stoptech brake package. It includes rotors and pads for all four corners at great pricing.

You should also probably read up on what exactly the issue is that you're experiencing, which isn't actually a warped rotor. It comes straight from Stoptech themselves:
