Best place for lowest cost new Acura parts.
I need to replace the hood shocks. '09 TL.
I looked at curryacuraparts.com, and the prices seemed ok.
Any other suggestions or comments?
2nd question - I am mechanically inept. Are these shocks easy to r and r?

I've been ordering my OEM Acura parts from Delray Acura (https://www.acuraoemparts.com/) for the past 10 years, 25% off list price.
I also changed my hood struts a couple months ago, less than a 5 minute job. 5 mins tops, even for the mechanically inept, and that includes taking a break halfway through...
Use a flathead screwdriver to pull back the little metal clips behind the pivot points where the strut attaches to the car and to the hood. Pull off the old strut. Push on new strut (you don't even need to pull back the clips on the new ones).
Just make sure you already determined which strut goes on which side of the car, and which end of the strut is "right side up", otherwise it'll end up slightly more complicated than it actually needs to be. 6 minutes in this case lol.

For those items, I'd buy them off RockAuto.
