Adjusting fog lights

Is there any way to adjust the fog lights so that they are not facing down and only lighting 5 feet in front of the car? I just bought some hid fog lights and want to put them to use.

well, the fog lights are supposed to light up that part of the road. You can adjust them by tightening/loosening a screw that is behind the housing inside the bumper. if you raise them too much you may be blinding cars in front of you and possibly getting pulled over.

so, to answer your question, yes you can adjust the aim of the fog lights but, you probably shouldn't.
