(2012 acura tl awd) guy told me i need to replace the front wheel bearings but i am wondering if i should replace the wheel seals as well or if i should just leave it this is my first time owning a an acura?

also why is it impossible to find front wheel hubs?
please answer both questions thanks.

If you mean the CV axle shaft oil seal, then if it is dry, then you do not need to replace it.
Your bearing is available everywhere 44300-TA0-A62.
