Acura #3 in JD Power quality reports.
Acura is like Apple. Not on the cutting edge but simple to operate, focused, and durable. Beemer and Audi not to be found!
The top 10 based on the least number of problems reported in the first three months of operation were Lexus, Honda, Acura, Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Porsche, Toyota, Infiniti, Cadillac and GMC.

This guy sounds like some of the guys here - "Glenn Kopensky can attest to that. After being drawn to Ford's MyFord Touch, a multimedia dashboard system that allows the driver to control calls, music and the navigation system with voice commands and a touch screen, Kopensky said he was ready to trade in his $50,000, 9-month-old Lincoln MKX.
"It really has been a huge disappointment," said Kopensky, 52, of Philadelphia. "It's a touch screen so you expect it to work like an Apple iPhone, and it's nothing like that — you have to hold your finger to the screen for three seconds for something to happen and you have to take your eyes off the road, and that's not very good."

There was a time when Acura was number one. As I write this, I have a lapel pin, still in it's plastic wrap, that shows 87, 88, 89 #1. During that time, I was the Comptroller for an Acura dealership and can attest to the fact we had a hard time keeping service techs. There was nothing for them to do but change the oil. They did not make any money. The cars simply had nothing go wrong with them. Acura would send us for display in our showroom, the JD Powers trophy. Of course during that time, Acuras did not have all the features that they have today. So, being #3 is still pretty good.
