A12 service

Car has 28k miles , what all does A12 do and how much would be appx cost

Assuming if your car came with a owners manual, you can find it there.

look in index and look for maintenance section.

Oil change, oil filter, air fiter, cabin filter. Dont know the cost

In owners manual i see as below

A-- Oil service

then there is maintenance sub items listed as 1,2,3 etc

since i got A12 does it mean A and 1&2 items of sub items.

FYI you can find the engine air filter and cabin air filter online for much less than the stealership will charge you. No tools are required and they are very easy to replace by yourself.

I also replaced those myself for a fraction of the cost the dealer would have charged for parts alone. Took maybe 15 minutes to do both and I'm not particularly handy in the garage.
