4th Gen J37 headers?

The inconvenient truth
The answer is no. These cars don't have traditional 'headers'. What you could call the headers are cast directly into the block and dump directly into the precats. All you can do is replace the precats and back.

I believe what dopeboy1 meant to say was the exhaust collector is cast directly into the heads.

You could use a plasma cutter or something like that to cut the headers/exhaust collector (whatever you want to call it) off the heads then put on custom headers ![Chuckle](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/chuckle.gif)
Really though, I think someone on Azine did that and it looked pretty sick. I'm not sure how effective it would really be at removing restriction however. The output on the current head setup is pretty wide and when you think about it, you only have one cylinder in the exhaust stroke at a time so I don't know that it would even help. I'm not an engineer and admittedly don't know a ton on the subject. That's just logical thinking. If there was some significant difference between headers and the current setup, you'd think that Honda never would have changed it on the J-series back in 2004 ish with 2G->3G TL. As far as I know, the 2G TL was the last time they used dedicated headers on their V6.
