4G TL got the their shape from 97-99 CL's?
is it me or does anyone think the old 97-99 CL resembles the rear of the new 4th gen TL?

just look at the trunk body lines of the rear and the tail lights..

Maybe it's your eyes that are double crossed, but the two trapezoidal-shaped rear lights on the Civic resemble those on the 4G TL, while those on the 1G CL are rounded. Also the U-shaped rear bumpers.
